  • How do I register?

    You can create an account for free in the customer portal to enroll  in classes. If you have additional questions, please email the office.

  • Is payment due in full at enrollment? Do you offer Payment Plans?

    Payment is due in full at the time of registration. We do not offer payment plans. 

  • Where do classes take place?

    All 4MSWIM Classes take place at the pool Forest Park High School, 3701 Eldorado Avenue, Baltimore, MD 20207

  • Do you offer refunds?

    No. Please review all booking details before making a purchase. We do offer flexible rescheduling options upon request.


  • What are your office hours?

    Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm


    Saturday: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm


    Sunday: CLOSED

  • Are parents allowed to stay for observation of class?

    No, with the exception of Water Introduction for Parents and young children (Aqua Tots/Mommy, Daddy, and Me), all classes are closed sessions. For other classes we offer an open session at the end for parents to observe.

  • Is 4M Swim a Non-Profit?

    Yes, 4M Swim is a certified 501c3 Organization. Donations to 4M Swim are tax deductible. However, class bookings are not tax deductible.
