How Drop-In Booking Works:

  • Select your preferred Saturday class date from the dropdown.

    • Drop-In Classes Booked within 24 Hours of Date may be automatically scheduled to next available Saturday.

  • To book multiple dates, simply add each date as a separate item in your cart.

  • Each drop-in class is $35 per person.

Please note:

All 4M Saturday Only Sessions have an inclement weather day built into the four(4) class/meeting schedule. If rain/sleet or snow but particularly thunder and lightening is a non-factor, the session will have an extra day of class.

Session description:

What is Aqua Spin?

Stationary cycling done in the pool, similar to a Spin Bike or Spin class in a pool.

Who is Aqua Spin for?

Adults (18 years +, male and female) of all ages and fitness levels can participate. Knowing how to swim is not a requirement and participants will not submerge their head during class so hair doesn’t get wet.

Benefits of Regular Aqua Spin Attendance:

  • Aqua Spin is a great low-impact workout that can improve/increase your cardiovascular endurance. Additionally, the water’s buoyancy will support one's body weight, putting less pressure on joints (hips, knees, ankles, or back) as one enjoys an intense workout.

  • Aqua Spin strengthens muscles and improves coordination. Spinning underwater puts a significant demand on one's muscles and forces utilization of muscles synchronously to pedal as fast as necessary. Aqua spinning can help improve core muscle strength, back muscles, glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings and lower leg muscles.

  • Aqua Spin (or any exercise) will usually improve sleep quality, eliminate tension, and reduce stress.

  • Aqua Spin significantly improves blood circulation by strengthening heart muscles. This in-turn can help lower a resting pulse rate and along with a healthy diet contribute to a consistently lower blood pressure.
