American Red Cross (ARC) level 1.
This is a general adult Learn-To-Swim (LTS) session. This session will progress adult students with no or very limited swimming experience to a beginner swimmer level depending majorly on the student's level of comfortability and ability to grasp and replicate swimming concepts as presented in class. This session is specifically for beginner adults, it can also be termed as a beginner-refresher session. The targets upon completion of the session is for adult students to learn and apply basic water safety rules as well as be able to consistently demonstrate introductory aquatic skills while swimming.
